Personal sessions adhere to a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Unattended sessions or sessions not rescheduled within 24 hours of original session time are forfeit, and no refund will be issued.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Payments already rendered during subscription services are non-refundable. Once cancellation has occurred, future payments will cease, and access to website materials will also cease.

Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted.
